Our experience with various chronic and systemic, toxic and mild mold was the basis for our modified bio and microbial decontamination services. We provide three separate decontamination protocols from a simple wiping down with EPA-approved agents for COVID-19 virus followed by a total air sanitizing fog, through a cursory cleaning including HEPA dust removal, porous surface vacuuming, full hard surface decontamination, followed by air sanitizing fog up to the high risk decontamination where medical facilities and or COVID patients are contained including air tight containment, dust removal, porous surface decontamination followed by shampoo surfaces with all hard surfaces wiped and finishing with an air sanitizing fog. All services and sanitizing agents are EPA-approved for COVID virus, specific to surfaces applied. Technicians wear half face elastomeric air-purifying respirators with High Efficiency Particulate Arrestance filters (P-100 or better). We maintain an inventory of appropriate PPE for this work including negative air equipment, porous coveralls and decontamination suits, heavy duty nitrile and thin PVC gloves and the level C respirators fitted with HEPA cartridges.
